Keller Williams Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, creative, and dependable Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support their Real Estate + Insurance organization. This role involves creating and distributing content to build brand awareness and engagement while assisting with various marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and posting content across:
Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories)
Facebook
TikTok
YouTube (Shorts and basic uploads)
Help create marketing materials such as:
Social media posts and graphics
Short-form video content and reels
Light ad creative and promotional content
Help implement and support email and text marketing campaigns
Assist with database/CRM support and client care follow-up
Support direct mail and outreach campaigns as needed
Light administrative support and task coordination
Willingness to learn and implement AI-based marketing tools and chat tools (required)

Required

Advanced working knowledge of IG, FB, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Must have reliable transportation (in-person role)
Experience in real estate related: 1 year (Required)
Ability to relocate: Somerset, NJ 08873: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to learn and implement AI-based marketing tools and chat tools (required)

Preferred

Experience in real estate, insurance, mortgage, lending, or sales-based industries
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, basic editing tools (preferred)
Interest in entrepreneurship, personal development, or growth marketing is a plus
