Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing processes and ensuring data integrity across Marketing, Sales, and Customer functions to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Tech Stack Ownership: Administer and optimize our core pipeline management via HubSpot, alongside other integrated tools that you will bring to the game. Ensure systems speak to each other correctly
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Is lead routing too slow? Is the handoff from Sales to CS clunky? You will diagnose and fix these operational friction points
Data Integrity & Analytics: Work alongside our Data Team to be the guardian of data quality. You will help build dashboards that track KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, Pipeline Velocity) and ensure leadership is looking at the "single source of truth."
Enablement Support: Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and commission calculation/tracking
Strategic Projects: Partner with leadership to roll out new pricing structures, market segments, or product launches operationally

Qualification

HubSpot administrationCRM expertiseData analyticsB2B Enterprise SaaS experienceSQL proficiencyGoogle Sheets masteryAutomation tools experienceProject managementCommunication skills

Required

5-7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment
Deep expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot experience is required)
Experience with automation tools and Google Sheets mastery
Comfortable using SQL or BI tools to dig deeper
Ability to juggle day-to-day ticket requests from reps while managing long-term infrastructure projects
Ability to explain complex data constraints to non-technical sales leaders clearly and effectively
