Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all staff necessary to complete assignments

Prepare, review and approve scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments

Ability to work on and/or manage multiple projects simultaneously

Assist upper management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor

Prepare proposals to provide professional services or obtain funding for assignments

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Review completed design documents for QA/QC

Help promote company fiscal and hiring goals

Perform invoicing, status reports, and related accounting needs

Required

15+ plus years of experience in the design and management of highway/roadway, civil engineering and transportation projects for DOT and/or local municipalities

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer license

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
