Field Sales Representative

XDS Bicycles is one of the world’s largest bicycle manufacturers, seeking a Field Sales Representative to establish its presence in the North American market. This hands-on role involves opening new dealer accounts and building relationships with shop owners across a defined territory.

Responsibilities

Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins
Take deals from first conversation through initial order
Train shop staff on product and positioning
Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics
Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way

Qualification

Sales experienceCycling industry experienceTerritory managementRelationship buildingFollow-up skillsInterest in performance sportsOrganizational skills

Required

Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory)
5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
Ability to build interest and convert into sales
Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
Strong organization and follow up skills
Background or interest in cycling or performance sports
