Responsibilities
Able to resolve employee relations issues of all types and oversee all HR investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and objectivity
Lead HRIS system maintenance, creation of offer letters, new hire onboarding, and payroll department
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
Educate and assist employees with benefits
Assist with all HR admin duties as requested
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in an HR role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field)
Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems a plus
Must be bilingual
