Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities at the Griffin Imaging & Diagnostics Center at Ivy Brook, including primary oversight of all clinical activities and staff
Performs clinical supervision
Prepares for and performs MRI examinations on patients; coordinates patient flow and the activities of the MRI scanner
Performs EKG and Phlebotomy functions as required
Performs a variety of x-ray procedures involved in applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis
Acts as MRI Safety Officer

Required

B. S. Degree required
ARRT (R) (MR) required with Connecticut State license
CPR certification required
5 – 10 years of imaging service required

credentials in two (2) imaging modalities required
