Responsibilities
Review incoming surgical set requests to determine local sourcing availability within the regional branch territory
Coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial Operations to escalate orders when required
Perform inventory management, replenishment, and inspection of incoming surgical sets to ensure readiness for redistribution
Execute inventory transactions in JD Edwards (JDE) to maintain accurate planning and traceability
Coordinate shipping activities with courier and transportation partners
Maintain efficient workflow for both incoming and outgoing surgical sets
Provide on-call support during nights and weekends as required
Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, training requirements, and company policies
Under management guidance, support adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards
Fulfill daily orders while meeting established quality and performance KPIs
Assist with cycle count inventory activities across hospitals and office locations within the territory
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of related operations, logistics, or field support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated customer service mindset with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Willingness to travel up to 25% and provide on-call support as needed
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry and hospital environment preferred
