Responsibilities

Drive execution across company strategy, operations, and product–GTM alignment
Translate high-level goals into clear workstreams with ownership and follow-through
Own cross-functional projects that don’t yet have a clear home
Build systems and processes that help the company scale
Interface with care providers, customers, and external partners
Keep the company focused, coordinated, and operating at a high bar
Support hiring and development of key leaders and operators

Required

3+ years of professional experience (startup, strategy, consulting, product, ops, or adjacent roles)
Highly self-directed and organized; comfortable owning open-ended problems
Strong judgment and ability to operate with ambiguity
Clear belief in Meela's mission and desire to work on something meaningful
Comfortable with fast pace, high ownership, and wearing multiple hats
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
Prior Chief of Staff, founder, product, or operations experience
Exposure to GTM, sales, or customer-facing work
Degree from a competitive academic institution
