Responsibilities
Prepare and consolidate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Analyze financial trends, cost variances, and provide insights
Manage journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities
Establish and maintain strong internal control systems and policies
Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal, and state regulations
Assist with internal and external audits, acting as a liaison
Supervise daily accounting operations, potentially including AP, AR, and payroll
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Oversee accounting software and implement process improvements
Provide high-level support to the Controller on financial strategy
Interpret financial documents for management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in accounting/finance
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Inglewood, CA
