Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on development and conduct code reviews using Angular and/or Java (Spring Boot)

Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the client

Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for offshore teams

Coordinate day-to-day activities between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery

Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release management

Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and delivery commitments

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 8 years of software development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Angular or Java experience in both is preferred

Experience working in an onshore offshore delivery model

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of the insurance domain and prior experience working with insurance clients are added advantages
