Meet with clients to present heating/cooling and plumbing solutions
Conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations
Manage sales pipeline
Work directly with consumers in their home
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License (required)
Ability to conduct or learn heat load/loss calculations
Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
Strong understanding of the psychology of sale
Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
Strong Computer Skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
Open to reasonable evening and weekend calls especially in season

Preferred
4+ years' sales experience with a proven track record (HVAC/Home services preferred)
