CSC Digital Support Specialist-1
Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Solution Center Digital Support Specialist to provide technical online and mobile banking support to customers. The role involves educating customers on digital products and enhancing their usage of technology, while also ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Provide tier II support for digital products and services; in addition to answering any questions regarding deposit account products
Anticipate customer needs to support first contact resolution
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures and digital product/service enhancements
Manage reputational risk by complying with all policy and procedure requirements
Must consistently demonstrate Huntington Values and Category of One behaviors
Provide additional customer support to other specialty lines of business when needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience
Preferred
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including typing, grammar and spelling proficiency
Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
Ability to be upbeat in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Quick learner with above average retention skills
Adaptable to change
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, various internet browsers, Quicken, QuickBooks, Bank to Bank transfers, PC Banking and other digital products
Experience troubleshooting technical issues
