Responsibilities

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, throughput increase, and line efficiency

Develop, validate, and implement process controls based on product specifications to ensure consistent product quality

Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and drive measurable improvements

Conduct trade-off analyses to evaluate solutions and guide decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality & Food Safety, R&D, Corporate Engineering, and Supply Chain

Partner with frontline employees to identify opportunities and gain buy-in for change implementation

Communicate project progress, challenges, and results effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders with competing priorities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing multi-prong strategies and prioritizing based on ROI and business impact

Develop, track, and report KPIs against implemented initiatives to ensure long-term success and sustainability of improvements

Support product quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
