Responsibilities
Manage an account team covering key partner accounts, focusing on relationship management and driving net revenue growth
Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with partner organizations to influence and develop new opportunities
Develop deep knowledge of S&P Global products and partner ecosystems to drive complex partner integration and identify new business opportunities
Lead high-impact deals and represent S&P Global in business development and partnership negotiations
Represent the division as a key driver of strategic partnerships and relationships, ensuring alignment with division-wide goals
Build and manage an operational framework to facilitate partner deal activity and provide insights to stakeholders
Create a best practice compliance management function for partnership relationships utilizing automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
Extensive experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex deal structures, particularly in the financial services, fintech, or data industries
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners at senior and executive levels
Strong commercial and legal acumen, with expertise in partnership deal structuring and execution
Excellent communication, drafting, and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience with data and intellectual property licensing frameworks and arrangements
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong problem-solving skills related to managing complex third-party relationships
Experience in leading teams and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic setting
