Responsibilities
Serve as a RMCAD ambassador, modeling professionalism, customer service, and institutional values
Promote RMCAD to prospective students, families, educators, and community partners to generate inquiries and applications
Research, prepare, and deliver recruitment presentations and outreach materials
Schedule and conduct visits with high schools, community colleges, and community-based organizations in assigned markets
Meet or exceed outreach, inquiry, and productivity goals
Utilize RMCAD tools and systems to track outreach activity and manage prospective student data accurately and consistently
Support the planning and execution of recruitment events on campus, off campus, and in virtual formats
Collaborate with internal teams on event logistics, outreach campaigns, and promotional strategies
Assist with securing prospective and enrolled student participation through targeted communication efforts
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and local partners
Serve as a point of contact for articulation agreements and partnership development
Contribute to strategic outreach initiatives as priorities evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Two (2) years of experience in admissions, recruitment, outreach, higher education, or a related student-facing or sales role
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Comfortable with face-to-face outreach, presentations, and proactive engagement
Preferred
Experience building long-term community or institutional partnerships
Familiarity with non-traditional or adult student populations
Exposure to specialized outreach populations
Experience working with or supporting military-affiliated populations (service members, veterans, or military family members), or familiarity with military culture and education benefits
