Collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as project managers and installation leaders, during construction projects

Assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools

Qualification

SAPMicrosoft Office SuiteDocument managementProject managementCustomer satisfaction

Required

2+ years of relevant administrative expertise, ideally within the construction industry

Proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Microsoft Project, etc.)

Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals

Passion for customer satisfaction

Skillset in document management from previous role/s

Knowledge gained when obtaining a bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred

Proficiency in SAP is a plus
