Responsibilities
Review and Assembly of Tax Documents
Verify required elements of tax documents, including matching of name, account number, Tax IDs, signature, etc
Assembly of tax returns upon completion of verifying elements
Preparing completed tax documents for mailing to appropriate taxing authorities
Scanning documents using proprietary software program for incoming tax documentation
Mail using postage machine to weigh and post individual and multiple mailings
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma Is Required
Able to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment
Accurate data-review skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational, written and communication skills
Able to adapt to changing policies and procedures
Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
Strong focus on customer service
Flexible to work overtime (including weekends) during peak seasons
Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
