Sr. Account Executive - Growth

Centerbase is a company that empowers mid-size law firms with a cloud-based legal practice management platform. The Account Executive, Growth is responsible for driving expansion revenue and long-term value within existing law firm customers by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of existing Centerbase law firm customers; identify and qualify expansion opportunities including additional modules, users, practice areas, bundle attach, and contract upgrades
Drive increased adoption of Centerbase’s solutions across the firm
Manage the full expansion sales cycle from discovery through close, including pricing and contract negotiations
Accurately forecast expansion revenue and maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM
Leverage customer usage data, firm analytics, and buying signals to prioritize expansion opportunities
Track account performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Customer Operations, and Marketing to influence roadmap, enablement, and messaging
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to align on account health, adoption, and expansion timing
Collaborate with Marketing on customer campaigns, product launches, and expansion initiatives
Support growth-focused outreach and demos in partnership with BDRs when applicable

Qualification

Required

2–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or expansion sales
Experience selling B2B software to professional services organizations; legal tech experience preferred
Proven ability to manage and grow existing customer relationships
Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
Comfort working with data, CRM tools, and usage-based insights
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS environment
