Ceyepher Security is a pre-revenue cybersecurity startup on a mission to redefine how businesses protect their digital assets. They are seeking a Founding Chief Revenue Officer to build and execute the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy, close initial customers, and lead a sales organization.

Responsibilities
Build and execute the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy from scratch
Close our first paying customers and establish repeatable sales processes
Define pricing models, sales operations, and KPIs
Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization as the company grows
Collaborate with the CEO and founding team on strategy, fundraising, and scaling
Represent the company to customers, partners, and investors
Qualification
Required
Proven success in enterprise sales, SaaS, or B2B technology
Experience building revenue from zero in early-stage startups
Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating processes where none exist
Ability to close deals personally while building systems to scale revenue
Preferred
Strong network of potential customers, partners, or hires is a plus
Benefits
4% founder equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
10% commission on all deals you personally close
Salary + benefits to be added as revenue grows
