Responsibilities
Own and drive the GTM Business Systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and internal stakeholder priorities
Drive change management and prioritization processes, ensuring system changes are well documented, communicated and aligned based on stakeholder priorities and business systems capacity
Lead discovery and requirement gathering, translating business needs into clear product requirements, success criteria, and acceptance standards
Own change management for GTM system enhancements, including rollout planning, stakeholder communication, enablement, and adoption measurement
Partner closely with internal Business Systems delivery teams throughout build, unit testing, and release cycles to ensure high-quality execution and successful outcomes
Act as the business owner during design and delivery stages, validating that solutions meet the business requirements, usability, data integrity, and operational standards
Proactively manage risk, dependencies, and release impacts for revenue-critical workflows
Communicate roadmap progress, priorities, and outcomes to senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor on GTM system capabilities
Drive towards a future-state, AI-enabled GTM systems vision, identifying agentic workflows, exploring and automating repeatable processes to drive productivity and increase revenue to our Business Stakeholders, while ensuring governance, trust, and scalability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in GTM systems, Salesforce product ownership, RevOps, or Business Systems roles
Expertise in Salesforce and GTM ecosystems (CPQ, Billing, Marketing Automation, Integrations, Data Architecture)
Proven experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional change initiatives
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear system requirements
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience operating in high-growth, evolving GTM environments
