Program Analyst
Delphinus Engineering, Inc. is a diversified professional services company supporting the Defense and Federal markets. The Program Analyst will provide Project Analysis support for the US Navy's Corrosion Control program, collaborating with Senior Engineers to manage ship availabilities and data visualization efforts.

Responsibilities
Provide Project Analysis support for the United States Navy (USN) Corrosion Control program
Work directly with Senior Engineers to schedule ship availabilities
Track correspondence, capture and perform statistical modeling, and/or data visualization principles and techniques in the development of briefs and presentations for Corrosion Control efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or meet the requirements to obtain a clearance
Preferred
Analysis of Government-provided data and building a database from the data (Preferably in Flank Speed Power BI)
Tracking/organizing incoming data and keep the database current
Maintain ship availability schedule and keep updated
Draft and correspond to Ship requests and inquiries
Assistance in analyzing/reviewing metrics plans
Supporting knowledge management by assisting in the organizing of Government-provided data and reports
Experience with Sharepoint in the application of data analysis, data management and/or machine learning
Experience in statistics and statistical analysis
Interest in data analytics, data visualization, and/or machine learning
Self-starter, willing to work alone and in a group
Ability to provide clear and concise feedback to solve problems as they arise
