Responsibilities

Administrative support:

Payroll processing

Processing of New Hire employees

Initiate Employee Change of Status forms (COS)

Complete Employee Rosters

Data entry

Maintain office supplies

Assist in reconciliation of purchasing cards (credit cards)

Assist project professionals in various administrative areas

Generate submittals and final close out packages

Switchboard

Regular and predictable attendance

Other duties as assigned

Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location

Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards

Required

Minimum 1 -3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry

Strong written and oral communication skills

High school diploma or GED is required
