They are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee project management, client relations, and design for major municipal projects in the Temple or Waco area.

Responsibilities
Project management, client relations, design and construction oversight for major street, drainage, water and wastewater projects
Work as part of a design team or independently with tasks that include client meetings and presentations
Management of budgets and schedules for on-going projects
Preparation of technical reports, construction cost estimating, contract documents and specifications
Manage, coordinate and mentor staff and project level and field employees
Support business development operations by attending industry functions, client meetings/presentations and preparing technical portions of proposals
Manage schedules, budgets, and profitability of assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience in municipal/public works projects
Texas P.E. license required
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred
AutoCAD experience is a plus
