Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting for government and private grants
Track grant budgets, expenditures, and allowable costs
Prepare and submit grant invoices, reimbursement requests, and financial reports
Ensure compliance with grant agreements, funding guidelines, and audit requirements
Reconcile grant accounts and support month-end and year-end close
Assist with grant-related audits and provide required documentation
Partner with program managers to monitor grant spending and timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of grant accounting or nonprofit accounting experience
Strong knowledge of grant compliance and restricted funds
Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple grants
