Responsibilities
Building and owning DBT models
Improving Snowflake queries and infrastructure
Helping configure and build out our Hubspot Platform
Ensuring data quality, observability and documentation are embedded in every process
Collaborating with the Product Owner and Payor Data SME to prioritize and deliver roadmap initiatives
Partnering cross-functionally to understand data needs and define scalable solutions
Managing project timelines, resourcing and delivery milestones
Build EMR data integrations
Build DBT data models
Drive initiatives that position the data platform to scale with company growth
Help built Oasis ML/AI architecture and predictive models
Qualification
Required

Master analytics data modeler
At least 1-2 years using DBT (Core or Cloud)
Comfort with advanced DBT functionality
Skilled SQL developer
Experience with design and implementation of complex data models
Building and owning DBT models

5-10 years of experience in analytics engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Product/Project Management
Working knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools
Experience analyzing data, writing queries, and building ad-hoc reports
Knowledge of modern database design and emerging data technologies
Preferred
Experience with our platform tools: AWS, DBT, Hubspot, Tuva, and Sigma
Experience with Heath Plan Payor Data
Experience with EMR data
Experience with HIE data
Experience with ML/LLMs/AI
