Leverage Generative AI models to automate ticket triage, escalation routing, engineer shift assignments, and knowledge retrieval
Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to orchestrate workflows, manage handoffs, and build dashboards for visibility and accountability
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions
Document processes and share best practices for future improvements
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent)
Experience with AI/ML frameworks
