Responsibilities
Recruiting, training and managing volunteers to build a grassroots organizing program for Team Campbell
Managing all aspects of the signature collection program including setting goals, managing volunteers, tracking collection, submitting signatures for certification, and more
Maintaining relationships with campaign stakeholders and partners throughout ballot access process
Work with Campaign Manager and other members of Team Campbell to contact party delegates and advance ballot access goals through the Democratic caucuses
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers
Experience with VAN or Votebuilder
Excellent verbal and written, interpersonal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and self-organization abilities
Experience and comfort working under tight deadlines and large workloads
Candidates must have access to a reliable, personal vehicle
Candidates also must have a laptop and cell phone
Preferred
Experience with Massachusetts a plus
Passion for reelecting Massachusetts' only statewide elected official of color
