Receptionist / Sales Center Coordinator

Cervera Real Estate is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Sales Center Coordinator for their GZ Tower Orlando sales center. This role is critical to the guest experience and sales process, requiring the candidate to manage front desk operations and assist both agents and prospective buyers.

Responsibilities

Manage all front desk operations for the GZ Tower Orlando sales center
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls, identifying qualified buyer interest and directing inquiries appropriately
Learn the GZ Tower Orlando project in depth to confidently answer basic questions from agents and prospective buyers
Greet and assist walk-in guests, clients, and brokers with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming sales center environment
Support daily administrative and clerical functions, including data entry, filing, and document management
Ensure clear and efficient communication between agents, clients, and internal team members

Required

Spanish speaker (required); English fluency required
Strong phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service oriented with a polished, professional demeanor
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
Comfortable learning real estate projects and speaking confidently about them
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative or customer service training a plus

Preferred

Experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.) preferred
Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or sales environments is a strong advantage
