Responsibilities

Responding to help desk tickets from our financial system users in a multi-national environment

Manage NetSuite user setup, roles/permissions, and access control in accordance with company policy

Assist in the monitoring and resolution of issues related to workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and data integrity

Support data imports/exports using CSV and other standard formats

Assist with the analysis and documentation of current financial system workflows

Recommend and implement system changes to improve efficiency and accuracy across finance operations

Maintain internal documentation related to system configurations, support procedures, and training materials

Participate in NetSuite enhancement and implementation projects, including gathering requirements, performing testing, and supporting user adoption

Assist in integrating new subsidiaries, features, or financial systems into the NetSuite platform

Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs
