Responsibilities

Lead the frontend architecture and development (React / Next.js)
Collaborate with designers and PMs to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences
Contribute to backend API design and integrate AI model services
Optimize performance, interactivity, and scalability
Work with AI and backend teams to rapidly prototype and iterate on new features

Required

3+ years of frontend or full-stack experience, or a strong academic background from a top university
Deep expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript / React / Next.js and modern web architecture
Working knowledge of backend development (Python / Node.js, RESTful APIs, Postgres / MySQL / Redis)
Strong interest in AI / LLM products, with familiarity in RAG, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks
Excellent product sense and UX intuition, balancing design, performance, and engineering trade-offs
Comfort working in a dynamic, startup-like environment with shifting priorities

Preferred

Experience building or launching AI Agents or intelligent web products
Deep understanding of frontend performance, animation, or data visualization
Hands-on experience with Android / iOS development (React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin)
Experience shipping 0→1 products in small, agile teams
