Responsibilities
Support HR leadership in executing processes such as performance management, talent development, compensation, and training
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with recruitment teams to support staffing strategies
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and foster an engaged workforce
Manage employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Assist with workers’ compensation reporting and act as liaison for claims
Identify training needs and help develop programs for professional growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
Experience with HR systems such as SAP or Workday preferred
