Talent Acquisition Manager
Confidential company is a large, multi-entity organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all talent acquisition functions. The role focuses on ensuring a consistent candidate experience and managing the recruiting lifecycle while collaborating with HR leadership.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Chief People Officer to establish talent acquisition goals, metrics, and KPIs
Continuously review, document, and improve recruiting SOPs, processes, and best practices
Serve as the primary owner and power user of Paycom’s ATS and recruiting modules; troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements
Pull and analyze reports within Paycom related to recruiting effectiveness, turnover, time-to-fill, and other key metrics
Collaborate with HR leadership and Paycom representatives to optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows
Post, manage, and maintain all job requisitions within Paycom, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including requisition intake, approvals, hiring workflows, and offer processes
Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing strategies to improve both the quality and volume of candidate pipelines
Conduct a high volume of phone and video screening interviews and provide clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers
Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure a seamless transition from recruiting to onboarding, including accurate system workflows and documentation
Manage and maintain the company’s LinkedIn presence, including posting engaging content that highlights company culture and employment brand
Establish and track LinkedIn engagement metrics such as followers, visitors, and impressions
Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing and search firms, with a focus on minimizing external agency reliance when possible
Qualification
Required
Prior in-house corporate recruiting experience is required; a mix of corporate and agency experience is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions across diverse job functions simultaneously
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
Naturally curious, systems-oriented, and motivated to optimize recruiting technology and workflows
Preferred
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience preferred (less experience may be considered)
Experience supporting multi-location, high-volume organization is preferred but not required
Hands-on experience with ATS functionality within a mainstream HRIS platform (e.g., UKG, Workday); Paycom experience is a strong plus
