Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Stewardship & Influence
Fuel Growth Strategy: Partner with brand leadership to transform deep human insights into concrete, high-impact strategic actions that drive business results
Champion Consumer Obsession: Act as the strategic "North Star" for multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Retail, Social, Education). You will curate and prioritize consumer insight topics that align with the brand’s global vision
Anticipate the Future: Maintain a "future-forward" vision by sourcing global foresights and decoding cultural trends. You will be the bridge between the US Hub and the CMI community in the Paris DMI (Direction Marketing Internationale)
Executive Presence: Prepare and lead strategic discussions for key stakeholders, aligning global DMI goals with local Zone/Country realities
Agile Insight & Project Excellence
Design & Innovate: Identify business-critical CMI needs and design creative, bespoke research methodologies. You will manage the testing budget with an entrepreneurial mindset, ensuring maximum ROI
Actionable Intelligence: Lead the end-to-end research journey—from agency selection to high-energy workshops—and synthesize "connecting-the-dots" analysis into bold, action-oriented recommendations
Influence for Impact: Communicate and defend your insights at the highest levels of the organization to directly influence product development and brand equity

Qualification

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, or Marketing
6–8 years of expertise in Consumer Insights
Proven track record of supporting Brand Development (DMI or Hub experience is a major plus)
Understanding of the codes of beauty, fashion, or premium travel and how to communicate with a high-end consumer
Mastery of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies (Segmentation, Brand DNA, Product & Ad testing)
Digital Native who knows how to leverage social listening (TikTok, Instagram) to capture the pulse of the market
Analytical storyteller who provides a narrative with data
Curious, resilient, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment where managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously is required
