St. Lawrence University is seeking a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor in Clinical or Counseling Psychology to begin in August 2026. The successful candidate will teach courses including Abnormal Psychology and an upper-level seminar, while also engaging in undergraduate research mentorship and contributing to the department's commitment to innovative teaching and scholarship.

Teach Abnormal Psychology and an upper-level seminar course in Counseling and/or Clinical Psychology
Possibly teach Introductory Psychology or upper-level courses in the candidate’s area of expertise
Sponsor undergraduate research projects and mentor students in various programs
Contribute to the liberal arts curriculum through varied and inclusive pedagogies

Required

Ph.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field, by August 15, 2026, but ABD candidates will be considered
