Data Entry Assistant
Super Hire Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Assistant to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across internal systems and databases.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets
Review information for errors or discrepancies and make corrections where necessary
Organize and maintain digital records and documentation
Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data
Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and data cleanup
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing data projects
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong typing skills and data entry accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Previous data entry or administrative experience
Experience working remotely
Familiarity with CRM systems or database tools
