Director of Human Resources (CCRM)

Unified Women's Healthcare is a leader in fertility treatment and research, seeking a Director of HR to support their CCRM team and clinics. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, focusing on people strategies that support organizational growth, performance, and culture within a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner to executive and senior leadership teams within CCRM Fertility
Align people strategies with short‑ and long‑term business objectives, clinical operations, and growth priorities
Proactively assess organizational strengths, risks, and capability gaps, recommending data‑driven solutions
Provide trusted counsel to leaders on workforce trends, engagement, retention, and culture
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development strategies
Champion performance management practices that reinforce development and results
Partner closely with the Employee Relations function to identify leader training needs, team support opportunities, and systemic talent gaps, leveraging case insights and organizational trends
Collaborate with leaders and ER to proactively address recurring issues through targeted coaching, training, or organizational interventions
Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices
Support HR Operations in analyzing case trends, inquiry volumes, and escalation drivers to inform consistent responses and proactive solutions
Partner with HR Operations to help define response strategies and decision frameworks for teammate inquiries, improving service delivery and employee experience
Drive regular cadence of proactive communication to limit case volume and address customer needs
Lead and support change initiatives related to growth, transformation, and operational change using structured change management approaches
Reinforce Unified’s values, mission, and culture through leadership behaviors and people practices
Serve as a steward of inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace practices
Partner seamlessly with HR Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations and Technology) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Provide mentorship and guidance to HR team members, supporting development and high performance
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations in a highly regulated healthcare environment

Required

10+ years of progressive HR experience; Center of Excellence experience highly valued
Demonstrated success partnering with senior and executive leaders
Strong working knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
