Responsibilities

Supports Minor Project Managers with various special projects
Provides a high level of complex analytical services to Management in a broad range of document development, scope, scheduling, budgeting, programming, and various duties in the delivery, development and implementation of minor projects and emergency contracts
Tracks and organizes the completed construction documentation for the Maintenance Minor Projects Division in accordance with the Department policies and procedures

Required

Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle
The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing
Each question must be numbered and addressed in the same order as the questions below
The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12-point Arial font
Describe a time when you managed multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. How did you prioritize your work, ensure deadlines were met, and follow up to complete all steps successfully?
Provide an example of a project, contract, or funding source you tracked or evaluated. How did you generate forecasts, identify trends, and present your findings to management?
Share an example of a complex problem you analyzed and resolved. What data sources or tools did you use, and what recommendations or solutions did you provide?
Describe your experience using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Include an example of how you created visualizations, charts, or graphs to effectively communicate your findings
Provide an example of a report, memo, or other professional document you prepared. How did you ensure clarity, proper structure, and accuracy? Additionally, describe any experience coordinating meetings and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

Unofficial, original, or official sealed transcripts will be accepted and may be required upon appointment
Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
