Professional Services Sales Client Partner, Principal

Responsibilities

Support the sales process, coordination and execution of product or service delivery projects for clients from initiation through to completion
Contribute to strategic sales planning efforts and achieve regional service sales goals
Formulate business outcomes and value propositions to prospective clients during sales cycle
Evaluate the profitability and potential risks of engagements, recommending client-centric solutions that optimize value while minimizing project risk
Collaborate with internal Epicor teams to strengthen the client relationship with Epicor
Act as a point of escalation for professional services and implementation concerns
Actively participate in project kickoff meetings, planning sessions, and steering committee meetings, either on-site or remotely
Contribute to pre-sales activities including client presentations, services planning, proposal development, and work plan creation
Lead the review and approval process for scoping, planning, cost estimation, and pricing of consulting engagements
Provide guidance and support to team members by sharing best practices and subject matter expertise to help ensure customer value is recognized early in the sales cycle

Required

Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients in both in-person and remote sales meetings
Effective communicator across all levels, including customers, consultants, executives, and internal teams
Exceptional organizational, time management, and project sponsorship skills
Capable of managing high-level P&L performance across geography, while maintaining attention to detail on specific projects and forecast accuracy
Analytical thinker, able to assess customer challenges and recommend strategic improvements
Willingness to occasionally work at client sites
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs

Preferred

8+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success
3+ years of industry-specific or specialized experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
