Responsibilities
High-volume accounting and data entry across multiple restaurant locations
Daily sales, cash, credit card, and POS reconciliations
Accounts payable, invoice entry, and vendor processing
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll and labor data support
Assist with month-end close and reporting
Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately
Qualification
Required
MUST have prior accounting experience with a restaurant group
Comfortable with POS systems and restaurant back-office workflows
Strong data entry skills and extreme attention to detail
Experience with AP, reconciliations, and multi-unit environments
Proficient in accounting software and Excel
Able to work in-office full-time
