Responsibilities

Design and assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, advertisements, and digital content using software such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva
Collaborate with internal teams to develop, proofread, and edit marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
Help organize and execute in-person events, managing logistics, event materials, and other event-related tasks
Identify and propose opportunities for collaborative marketing initiatives across different departments
Perform various other marketing-related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team

Qualification

Adobe Creative SuiteCanvaMS Office SuiteAttention to detailOrganizational skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other marketing tools/software
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
