This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end process of preparing, tracking, and delivering regulatory submission documentation while serving as the key liaison between Product, Regulatory, and Content teams.

Responsibilities
Submission Planning & Scheduling: Partner with Product teams to define submission timelines and delivery schedules
Regulatory Alignment: Collaborate with the Regulatory team to identify required documentation types and state-specific needs for each submission
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and communicate the status of all submission materials, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies
Workload Management: Assist in allocating resources and balancing workload across team members to meet deadlines efficiently
Document Collection & Compilation: Collect and organize individual submission documents from multiple contributors and convert into single, collated final submission package
Quality Assurance: Perform final QA checks on all documents - both individual submissions and final collated packages - to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance submission efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, project management, content management, or submission coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and documentation standards
