Responsibilities

Execute the overall vision of the CEO for business growth, customer service, and our C.O.R.E. ethos
Drive sales by expanding distribution and increasing revenue in on- and off-premise accounts
Develop new sales opportunities while nurturing existing relationships with retail account owners, managers, buyers, and staff
Complete daily activity reports in detail to track communication, sales, and opportunities
Sell and deliver Devil’s Canyon Brewing Company products to both established and prospective accounts daily
Ensure that Devil’s Canyon brands are properly merchandised, stocked, and rotated according to company standards
Maintain a thorough understanding of the beer and alcohol industry, including competitive trends, market opportunities, and evolving consumer preferences
Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to support new product launches, packaging initiatives, and sales strategies
Attend and represent Devil’s Canyon at industry events, festivals, tastings, and promotional activities
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions with customers, accounts, and the public align with Devil’s Canyon’s values and reputation
Develop creative strategies to increase product sell-through and engagement within the craft beer community
Identify and troubleshoot challenges in the field, implementing solutions that drive sales and build relationships
Maintain a structured calendar of sales calls, deliveries, and prospecting activities
Follow all company policies regarding driving safety, proper lifting techniques, and account maintenance

Required

Highly-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about craft beer
Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and grow accounts
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
Knowledgeable and/or interested about brewing processes, craft beer trends, and the beverage industry
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry
Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other digital sales tracking platforms
Ability to lift and move 30 pounds repeatedly and up to 150 pounds occasionally
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record (no history of DUI)
