Responsibilities
Enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently into Emburse (formerly Chrome River)
Perform data entry of invoice, expense, and payment-related information into the firm's internal database
Review invoices for completeness and basic accuracy (vendor name, dates, amounts, approvals)
Assist with invoice tracking and electronic filing
Match invoices to supporting documentation when required
Communicate with administrative staff regarding missing or incomplete invoice information
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in accordance with firm procedures
Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Entry level - no prior A/P experience required; training provided
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable working with numbers and routine, repetitive tasks
Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Preferred
Previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience
Exposure to accounts payable or expense reporting processes
Familiarity with Emburse / Chrome River or similar systems
Interest in accounting, finance, or law firm administration
