Invictus Inc is expanding its event-based sales and marketing team and hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates. In this role, you will support mission-driven brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

Represent mission-driven brands and nonprofit partners at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations

Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship-building

Support donor outreach, lead generation, and supporter sign-ups

Collaborate with team members to execute sales and outreach strategies

Track and report campaign results using CRM systems and performance tools

Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and coaching sessions
