Processing new claims as they come in
Complete pre-renewal claims reviews
Advocate for clients on their claims
Submitting claims to carriers
Notifying the service team of the new claim
Maintaining accurate claim log and claim info in our agency management system (EPIC)
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years insurance claims management experience
Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products
2-5 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Experience with EPIC agency management system
