Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Selenium Web automation scripts
Create and enhance test automation frameworks using TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
Automate functional, regression, and smoke test cases
Analyze requirements and convert them into automated test scenarios
Execute automation suites and analyze test results
Identify, document, and track defects to closure
Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines
Perform cross-browser and environment testing
Maintain reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation code
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in test automation (adjust as needed)
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency in Java or Python
Experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
API testing experience (RestAssured / Postman)
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Build tools: Maven / Gradle
Exposure to cloud or container-based testing
