Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial statements, reports, and variance analyses
Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Partner closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
Assist with internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and controls
The Senior Accountant will support process improvements and help streamline accounting workflows
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis
Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA-track preferred
