Responsibilities
Perform daily quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) on all media buys across platforms
Monitor daily spend to ensure campaigns are spending in full
Verify that new buys are placed and running correctly
Conduct daily QA/QC on reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Ensure all reports are current and reflect full spend
Facilitate regular team calls
Track team members’ action items and ensure timely completion
Adhere to and maintain the system for tracking and producing creative assets
Review and edit the following for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency:
Display and video ads
RFP responses and marketing materials
Help identify leads by researching filing information and compiling contact information
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in logistics, media operations, or project management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and projects
Benefits
A health care stipend and a continuing education stipend is included.
An additional 3% of compensation is included as payment in lieu of employee retirement contribution.
