The Strategic Partner Manager will develop and scale partnerships with project management technology platforms, ensuring these collaborations drive customer value and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy with clear phases, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential partnerships, providing clear business cases to leadership
Negotiate partnership terms and agreements in collaboration with senior leadership
Build and manage executive-level relationships with partner stakeholders
Drive cross-functional alignment (sales, marketing, product, support) to deliver successful integrations and joint initiatives
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing partnerships
Champion OxBlue within partner organizations while representing partner needs internally at OxBlue
Identify joint customer value opportunities and lead them from concept to implementation
Track KPIs, measure impact, and report regularly on strategic and financial performance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating and scaling strategic partnerships (not just managing existing ones)
Strong understanding of construction technology platforms and how they are applied in day-to-day workflows
Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
A self-starter mindset, comfortable building a new, high-visibility role from the ground up
Preferred
Hands-on experience in construction management or related fields
