Responsibilities

Lead and execute a multi-year fundraising growth strategy

Launch and lead a comprehensive, multi-year or capital campaign

Personally cultivate, solicit, and close major and principal gifts (six- and seven-figure level)

Partner closely with the CEO and Board on fundraising strategy and donor engagement

Expand donor pipelines through major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundations, and planned giving

Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing development team

Represent the organization externally with donors, partners, and stakeholders

Travel nationally (approximately 30%) for donor and leadership engagement
